By Donna Long

Behaviors of every child change as they age and it goes from tolerable to severe. Among the conditions that are mostly linked to the behavior of a child is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or primarily known as adhd. Having this certain type of condition is hard for the people around, and yet it could be harder for someone who is experiencing it. Many families with a member suffering from it have shared their inspiring adhd stories through blogs, interviews and personal situations.

Symptoms of adhd such as being overly noisy and squirmy, inability to stay put and constant running can be identified at a young age. When these occurrences happen from time to time, the chances of your kid being diagnosed is high. Yet, it is better to be sure as there are instances of the wrong diagnosis because kids undergo such a phase that could be linked to this condition.

As a way to inspire and virtually send a hug to people with this condition, many have shared their own stories online. Though adhd is a painstaking situation for some, the deeper side of it allows you to understand them in such a way that they do not even understand themselves. Many parents let out their emotional sufferings throughout the years and posted their sentiments on social media and personal blogs.

Vanessa wrote down how his child, Jayke, seems to be perfect the day he was born. His smile was contagious and his eyes were bright. As she held him for the first time, she felt all the emotion drowning as if it was the most precious day of her life. As the days went by, she looked at him with curiosity and dismay. Everything has seemed to change since then. Jayke was experiencing cognitive delays and it is quite alarming.

In school, teachers would call up to her because Lucia had a fight. It is normal for a parent to explain everything to her child. However, nothing had happened after that confrontation. Lucia would still hit her classmates, and there was a time when teachers would allow Lucy to look after her kid inside the classroom. It was a bad idea as Lucy would look at her as if she was different from other kids.

As years passed by, Hannah and his husbanded gained the courage to consult their son to professional. Until the doctor discussed certain matters and finally confirmed the condition. She felt as if the world is against her. Through the time since her son was diagnosed with adhd, his behavior never changed. However, it made them more motivated and inspired to put everything in its right condition. They have organized events for Kyle to join. They would go out to the lake and go fishing. It was a way for Kyle to experience the best childhood still.

Years passed, Vanessa still questions why his son is different from any other kids. All her life after she got Jayke, she contemplated until one day she stopped obsessing with having her son be like someone else. Jayke was busy touching the dandelions, and there she knew his son does not have an interest with any other thing except discovering the world in his little ways.

Later that night, they sat on a bench nearby the lake. With a bonfire, mallows, and hotdogs on a stick, Jayke told his parents how grateful he was for having the best trip of his life. For that moment, Vanessa felt emotional. She then understood why they were given a son like Jayke and no one else. Vanessa hugged his son, and all the tears poured down as Jayke sit still while looking at the lake.

Having someone who suffers from this condition is a blessing. All the stories have brought additional inspirations especially to those parents who are still trying to accept their faith. They do not need sympathy, but they just need someone who can understand them through their good and bad times. By providing them the attention and right supervision, they will grow up just like any other kid.
